Cancellation policies vary based on the rate you’ve selected.
Please refer to the specific terms listed on your confirmation.
If you cancel after the designated deadline, a penalty equivalent to one night’s stay plus taxes will be applied.
Suites
Hotel Saint-Sulpice welcomes your furry companions with a special gift upon arrival. A fee of $75 plus tax per stay, per pet, applies.
Your suite is guaranteed by 4:00 pm, and check-out is at noon. We’re happy to provide your keys as soon as your suite is ready. For late check-outs, please speak with our gracious front desk team on your departure day.
Depending on the suite category, up to four or six guests, including two children, may stay. All suites include a sofa bed in addition to a main bed. Some suites also offer a Murphy bed in the living area. However, we do not have suites with two queen beds side by side in the same bedroom.
Each suite features one or two unique bathrooms that may include a shower, a bathtub, or both. They come fully stocked with a hairdryer, plush towels, bathrobes, slippers, quality bath products, and a magnifying mirror.
Many of our suites can connect to one another. Feel free to request this option when reserving multiple suites.

Yes, we invite you to discover our Cour Arriere Restaurant, its bar, and welcoming terrace.
À la carte breakfast is served daily at Cour Arrière Restaurant. Prices start at $24 for adults and $15 for children. On weekdays, breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 11:00 am, and on weekends from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Our concierge will be happy to arrange this for you. Babysitting is available at a rate of $40 CAD per hour for one or two children, with a three-hour minimum. Each additional child incurs a $10 CAD supplement.
Yes. Breakfast room service is offered from 7:00 am to 11:00 am on weekdays, and from 8:00 am to noon on weekends.
Absolutely. Our front desk team is at your service 24/7.
Transportation
Yes, our valet service is available at 43 CAD/night + tax, including:
- Unlimited in-and-out privileges, 24/7
- Max height: 2 m, length: 5.3 m
- Larger 4x4s, pickup trucks, and large SUVs are not accepted. For such vehicles, please use the Science Centre parking.
Electric vehicle charging available at no extra cost:
- 2 Tesla charging stations
- 1 universal station
Yes, we provide private transfer services to and from Montreal-Trudeau Airport (YUL) and Montréal Saint-Hubert Airport (YHU). Our concierge team can arrange this for you.
Rates for up to 4 people:
- One-way from the airport to the hotel: CA$175
- One-way from the hotel to the airport: CA$135
- Round-trip: CA$310
